Join Huddle Up Moms and CrossFit Unwritten for a fun Mom's Night Out & Workout!
Coach Whitney Batchelor will lead a great night of fitness integrating strength and conditioning, CrossFit, weight training, cardio, and mobility.
This event is for all moms (especially pregnant/postpartum) looking to build strength in their own beautiful bodies and empower them themselves to be healthy and well!
The class will also include a Q&A with the CrossFit team and discussions on pelvic floor health and general fitness. Olivia May from Pivot Physical Therapy will be giving a short talk and providing demo exercises and things to look out for while pregnant and postpartum!
