Come and join us downtown Roanoke at the "The Well Nest" for a fun night of Vinyasa Yoga, Vino, Socializing and music!

The Yoga session will be great for yogis and beginners alike! Class will start at 7:30 sharp, so try to arrive between 7-7:15 to say our hellos and get settled in. Bring a bottle of water and your yoga mat (if you don't have one, we can provide one for you, just let us know!). You can also bring a cozy blanket for the savasna meditation at the very end. Some people really enjoy that.

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine (or beer or cocktail) of your choosing. We can all share, or everyone can drink their own! Some snacks will be provided as well.

DJ T0A5TY G will be joining us to provide us with an evening of socializing, music and maybe even some dancing! He is a super sweet guy who would also be happy to take requests.

Come in the front door, take the stairs to the top and check in to get started.
