About the Event
Get ready for a night of restoration, relaxation, and meditation.
Please arrive between 7 and 7:15 to settle in and help yourself to some delicious, calming herbal tea to begin our night of zen.
Items to bring along: *Water bottle *Cozy blanket *Yoga Mat *Pillow from home, to be extra cozy
We will begin our night with a gentle Restorative Yoga Session. Restorative Yoga is a gentle and deeply relaxing form of yoga where each asana or position is held for longer than in conventional yoga classes with the support of props (such as bolsters, folded blankets, pillows, and blocks) to relax the body, reduce stress, and allow the body to ease into each position fully supported and with ease. If you've never tried it, you're in for a treat.
Next, we will take a short break where you can refill your tea, have a sip of water, use the bathroom, and get out the wiggles so that we can settle in for a deep and guided meditation.
The room will be dimly lit with candles, full of wonderful relaxing aromas and meditation music to help you on your guided meditation journey, where you can feel free and safe to leave behind the cares of the day and drift into a deep state of bliss and healing.
