Baby Massage Class

Bring a medium sized stuffed animal, a swaddling blanket, and pillow and come learn the healing touch of massage for your Baby.

You will learn specific techniques to help calm your Baby (as well as yourself), reduce upset stomachs, and support their growth and development in many ways.

Baby massage is a special way to connect and strengthens the attachment bond between parent and child. Participants will leave with instructional handouts as well as massage oil to take home and continue to practice.

This class will be led by Lindsay McKinnon of Soul Body Connect. Lindsay is a seasoned Mom, as well as a Trauma-informed Integrative Healing Coach.
