Workshop: Parenting Young Kids

This free 90-minute, interactive workshop will be led by Eddy Smart, Director of The Bridge Institute. It will help parents establish healthy habits and perspectives to support happy, healthy kids.

We will explore ways to connect and engage with our kids and keep our cool when their behaviors challenge us.  Parents will learn productive approaches to help understand and address challenging behaviors while increasing resilience and problem-solving skills.
