Program Director

Huddle Up Moms (HUM) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to oversee the implementation and evaluation of the Moms Under Pressure Program focused on expanding our blood pressure program for pregnant women across Virginia, with a primary scope of Southwest Virginia during the first year. This position will play a key role in supporting evidence-based strategies to prevent and control heart disease in high-burden populations, in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and CDC-funded initiatives.
