Maternal Health Support Coordinator

Huddle Up Moms (HUM) is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and organized Maternal Health Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed to provide increased capacity for HUM's programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maternal health, have experience in connecting individuals with community resources, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and community partners. This role is essential to our Support Shop, which provides mothers with essential baby items, and our Moms Under Pressure blood pressure self-monitoring program for pregnant and postpartum individuals. This role will also provide limited administrative support to daily operations and organizational needs.
